This PR is in progress with two other PRs:

  1. The docgen extractor at rescript-vscode [PoC] Doc extraction rescript-vscode#732
  2. Some improvements in compiler docstrings Pretty docstrings rescript#6417

To get the documents from the compiler I made a small tweak on the analysis binary. See the commit
