A few issues may cause this. Make sure to check:
-
API KEY
-
Channel ID: If this is incorrect, the robot cannot connect to your created server. This field accepts channel id or channel name.
-
Check your phone's internet connection and internet speed. Speedtest.net is a good site/app for this, but googling
speed test
also brings up a speed test utility as well. Recommended minimum connection for 640x480 is about .7-2MBps
-
Make sure you have added your username to the
server owner username
field in the settings underConnection
-
This also resets whenever the robot is rebooted, so if you had to enable the robot again after it crashed or turned off, you will have to type the command again
- FFmpeg currently does not like when the connection switches. If the issue persists after restarting the robot, please kill the app by swiping away the app from recents, hit power off in the notification, or hit force stop in the app info for the app.
