This introduces a new commit message template (
MERGE_COMMIT_TEMPLATE), and adds the ability to define{{ }}template tags in both this new template and PR templates. Anything inside of the{{ }}is sent to theGitReflowmodule usingpublic_send; so any method available toGitReflowis available to templates 😄
