Continuation of #4925; tries to make some details a little more consistent.
Though they're not being used, I've added some design tokens based on the colors in the new main site. The lightness and darkness values definitely have to be tweaked as we use them.
Still figuring out the best way to do styling in Docusaurus. It's not as straightforward as I thought; some changes require a a fair bit of familiarity with the component structure.
