I moved the entire cra-template-typescript here as-is, then modified
README.mdandpackage.jsonfrom there to have the content ofcra-template-redux-typescriptinstead.I didn't remove the content in
src/index.tsxlike mentioned in this comment because I think we'll have to add them back again anyway if we want some functionality from the base template like service worker.
