i messed up and made a typo in the image stream ... so hit the "Start Over" button in backstage
a bit off-piste i know, but of course .. you need to delete the git repos to be able to start clean for any given app - and there was no access to do this ...

might be nice to allow learners to delete their git repos so they can try the "Start Over" if they mess up
