[issue] Error generating docs for components

Going through this section: https://redhat-scholars.github.io/backstage-workshop/backstage-workshop/03-components.html
Exploring the Component Overview when i click DOCS (https://janus-demo.apps.summit23-dr.w6gk.p1.openshiftapps.com/catalog/default/component/rhsummit-poi-map-app-dev/docs) , I get this error on page:

Building a newer version of this documentation failed. Error: "Failed to generate docs from /tmp/backstage-kz3NsC into /tmp/techdocs-tmp-Wg9hcr; caused by Error: This operation requires Docker. Docker does not appear to be available. Docker.ping() failed with; caused by Error: connect ENOENT /var/run/docker.sock"

We don't have backstage tech docs set up on the instance you're using, so this is ugly but not unexpected.

Future revisions and the summit presentation will have tech docs support, or at worst will hide the overview, left nav, and other obvious links to the tech docs feature.
