The Reapit Connect App does not deploy to prod

Background context or User story:

See https://github.com/reapit/foundations/runs/2238795729?check_suite_focus=true issue is that app does not have a sentry app registered so when the prod workflow runs, it tries to upload source maps and can't find a project in sentry

Specification or Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a project in Sentry, add a sentryci file, re-deploy to prod
