It is possible to get into a redirect loop when landing on Connect Session apps

Background context or User story:

When landing on any app that uses connect-session, it is possible to get into a re-direct loop by hitting Reapit Connect, it rejecting then re-directing repeatedly. The issue is solved by clearing local storage so my best guess would be the issue is either because of a bad refresh token not being cleared on failed refresh. Needs investigation as it is quite and edge case. Hard to replicate reliably.
