Summary: This issue is just to address a few UI changes on the 'Billings' tab in the Developer Portal

Tasks:

  • Ensure the helper text for the 'Cost Calculator' is the same width as the container, see example:
    HelperText
  • Move the contents of the 'Transaction History' to the same height as the top of the graph
  • Add more spacing between 'Current Month' and 'Previous Transactions', see example:
    TransHistory
  • Upload the PDF link in the helper text to the document upload service on the platform (currently linking to dropbox)
