Currently this only supports batch processes for core query classes. Would be preferable if there was a way to register additional batch process types.

For example, I want to use EDD_Payments_Query to batch process old payments. PR incoming once I have it working.

Here is plugin that takes advantage of this new filter: https://github.com/CalderaWP/cwp-bundle-payment-updates.

This class handles processor registration/ routing https://github.com/CalderaWP/cwp-bundle-payment-updates/blob/master/src/init.php
