Fixed offsets of previous/next buttons. Added small animation in FF for them, do we want to keep it? Made logo do something. Underlined hotkeys if you hover over a keyable element. Signed-off-by: David D. Roberts <[email protected]>

This fixes some RequireJS shim dependencies needed for zipped EPUB support. Also adds a new dependency (sha-1 library) needed for support of IDPF font deobfuscation algorithm.
