Cheers, I'll look into why the tests are failing. This wasn't the case when I ran it locally |

#11 and #13 propose Windows compatibility but we can't actually test those on travis. AppVeyor is a hosted CI like Travis but for windows, they're free for OSS projects like Travis. This config files sets up PHP on windows and runs the tests on them. Just like travis it does require someone to add the project to AppVeyor.
