After performing yarn cleanAndSetup and updating the packages, I try to commit but I get an error

As the title says, I ran yarn cleanAndSetup and then updated every single package. After that I tried to commit the changes but I get this error:

Error: Cannot find module './verify-startingTemplate-changes.ts'
Require stack:
- C:\Users\project\internals\scripts\imaginaryUncacheableRequireResolveScript

The internals file was created but the scripts folder was not along with it's supposed contents.
Please advise on how to proceed, thanks.

I assume you should delete this line. I think its a bug. Its forgotten there after the cleanup. Thanks
