Picking a DualShock 4 Configuration

As reported by @reeceaw DualShock 4 Controllers are shipping with at least two ProductIds; 1476 and 2508.

You can discover the ProductId of your controller using several tools:

Linux - lsusb

$ lsusb | grep Sony

Bus 001 Device 025: ID 054c:05c4 Sony Corp. DualShock 4

Convert ID to decimal and you will get ID 1356:1476 that can be read as VendorId 1356 : ProductId 1476 Once you have identified the ProductId you can pick a configuration:

dualShock4 for 1476 controllers

dualShock4-alternate-driver for 2508 controllers
