Release v0.6.0 doc validation

Why are these changes needed?

1. Removed ray-cluster.autoscaler.tls.yaml due to its high duplication with ray-cluster.tls.yaml. Instead, I added autoscaler configuration to ray-cluster.tls.yaml and left it commented out by default.

2. c6cfb10 The commit updates version 0.5.0 to 0.6.0. Most of the changes in utils.py are due to the linter.

3. Remove unused notebook (9e652d9).

4. I've removed troubleshooting.md in 19c69a4. This document only contained one Ray client question, and considering the Ray client may be deprecated in the future, it seemed unnecessary. Furthermore, we already have a FAQ page that can house such information.

5. 5093478 => Update Stable Diffusion and MobileNet examples.

6. 66ccfdf => The description concerning the ingress of the serve service is incorrect. It's only applicable for RayService, yet the document is for RayCluster. I delete the related description, and open [Doc] Add guidelines for setting up ALB ingress for RayService #1273 to track the progress.

7. 847d022 => Remove the unused ray-operator/config/prometheus directory.

8. ff471e6 => Fix the issue with the image display for Prometheus doc.
