Description

Publish nightlies for cudf-polars.

Hmm, not really sure how to test this to make sure it works.

I suppose somehow could go here https://github.com/rapidsai/cudf/actions/workflows/build.yaml
and trigger the workflow manually using the branch for this PR (from the copy-pr-bot).
(probably best for someone from ops to do it since they can delete the wheels afterwards)

This looks good to me!

To test, like you mentioned you could run trigger a run manually from the GitHub Actions UI at https://github.com/rapidsai/cudf/actions/workflows/build.yaml (since this has workflow_dispatch set up):

But I think you could pretty confidently just merge this as-is.

Next step: pypi!
