Description
Fixes condition where
cudf::strings::join_strings
could produce column that exceeds the expected row width limit.The
join_strings
API produces a single row column from the input column (plus optional separators).Since a strings column total size can now exceed max(size_type) character bytes, it is now possible to produce invalid single-row column since individual rows still cannot exceed max(size_type).
