Floors are the second step of building generation and can be created as follows:

Select a Floorplan and go to Edit Mode.

All tools except floorplan tool operate in Edit Mode

Select Floor1

Press Add Floors.

Create Floor

The tool allows you to change the height of individual floors and also create additional features such as slabs and columns e.g.
