Enable vai e2e tests

Summary

Fixes #13114

Occurred changes and/or fixed issues

• vai tests are disabled given some pending backend changes - [BUG] SQLite backed cache: sorting on metadata.fields fails rancher#48965
• this enables them, and also updates given change to exact/partial filter

Areas or cases that should be tested

• vai on and bring up dashboard. the api requests to support the side nav should not fail
