Description

Rename any reference from General* to Account*.
Update the component structure introducing appropriate folders when necessary.
Update the tests to the new structure.
Update the resources to the new structure.
Update the CSS classes based on the renaming scheme.

Also update the routes:

/general -> /account
/general/general-home -> /account/
/general/backup-state -> /account/backup
/general/raiden-account -> /account/raiden

Acceptance criteria

General Screen is renamed to account
