Once we have the maturity levels, I think I'd just split all these dataset extensions into an openEO STAC repository where all these new extensions (dimensions, scientific, openEO storage profile, ...) could develop to eventually get official at some point. |

Related to opengeospatial/ogcapi-features#168 - dimensions could also be added to the extents. |

I'll provide a real-life example from within openEO in the next week, a colleague is just wiring things up.
