For now we can keep it as it is, I will first create PR for docs and then we can merge this one. This PR is for actions the changes are made to yml files of the same to run the workflow only when PR gets merged and other thing is added schedule to build docker image using actions after some interval (15 days of interval here) so that we can have latest r-base inside docker image. |
