fix a crash when Juz list is loading

This version corresponds to:

Naskh 1.3.1
Qaloon 1.3.1
Warsh 1.3.1 (minSdk 14)
Warsh 2.0.1 (minSdk 21)

The aforementioned all include the updates from 3.0.6.

Warsh also has an additional 2 fixes:

fix quarters numbering
load the juz list from the database (show it using Warsh instead of Hafs text)
