Entering the service path without the forward slash causes a hang/no response in OIDC DevUI, when testing the service directly in Dev UI without Swagger UI.
This PR makes sure the path always starts with the prefix.
Also cleans up a common scripts area by moving a couple of them to the application type/grant specific blocks
