Description
There is a Kotlin variant of the MongoDB with Panache extension but no guide for it.

Implementation ideas
Provides a guide for Kotlin MongoDB with Panache that shows the difference with the Java variant and introduce the main functionalities of Panache.

As for the Hibernate one, the guide should not include everything.

On the MongoDB with Panache guide there is a section about Kotlin data classes, this section needs to be moved to the Kotlin guide and adapted if needed.

Hi @evanchooly I can take care of this one if you want, I'll take inspiration from the one for Hibernate with Panache and Kotlin.
