Enable tests which were disabled on outdated Podman 4.5.1

Since we consider 4.5.1 outdated, can these two scenarios also be enabled?

Nevermind, I read the quarkusio/quarkus#33985 description properly and it does make sense now. The changes suggested by me would break the tests, because RHEL uses 4.4.1.
