关于滚动条样式没有生效的bug #120

1.在只有Y轴滚动条时,滚动条样式没有生效,这里的下标应该取得是[0]

2.改成0之后,edge浏览器是正常的,Chrome浏览器还是取不到滚动条样式,好像Chrome取不到这个伪类了
