This is not complete, as it doesn't work on the tractyl manuform completely. See "temp_custom_drashna" for full commit history.

Description
Removes the custom transport in favor of of the extensibly split code.
This works fine for most boards, but not if a pointing device is being used and reports carried over the split transport.
Also included are a lot of bug fixes, edge case resolution, and formatting cleanup.
Also, moves the dactyl manuform with a trackball into "tractyl manuform" folder, adds a 4x6 version, and adds an actual default.
