The default layout provided by Technomancy has Ctrl on the left thumb and Alt on the right, but the default layout in qmk has them swapped. Of course, I have only tested this on my board, so I don't know if there's anything funky going on or if there has been a rev 2 of the PCB that changed the row ordering of those two keys in the middle column.

I have verified that by swapping the order of these keys in the keymap that I get the expected functionality, where the left thumb is Ctrl and the right one is Alt.

Pull request #1182 has been submitted and it fixes this issue.
