Aggregate 0.6 release notes and clean up release notes for 0.7.

Thanks Helena. Some minor comments on the rendered note.

• Seems like the bugfix section was originally a part of 0.6.1, except for

The gate counting for epg in the RB analysis code was not including the inverse, so that the total number of operations per Clifford was incorrect, leading to incorrect reporting of EPG from EPC. Fixed by adding +1 for the inverse gate.

(regarding this note, epg must be capital)

• The note for 0.6.1 was gone instead

• Why we don't have subsections for the new feature in the 0.7 note?

• In the note below; composite analysis results -> composite curve analysis results

Fit parameters are not populated in composite analysis results and are found only in the fit summary artifact. In a future release, they will be removed from all analysis result objects and live in the artifacts only.

Thanks for catching those @nkanazawa1989, updated in af78feb. Regarding subsections, I thought there weren't that many new features so subsections will just make the note longer without much benefit.
