Non-HTML-formatted annotations have their text deleted every time a setting changes #59804

What is the bug or the crash?

qgis_annotations_bug

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. create text annotation
  2. disable html formatting
  3. change any setting except the new Alignment, which does not trigger the bug
  4. have your text vanish
