合并成一个，多余的这个就删掉了，删完我再更新另一个

只要issue地址不变, 更换模板名和内容都会进行相应旧模板文件的删除和其他内容的修改, 没必要手动删除旧的内容

之前那个 Issue 作为了同一个网站这两个不同模板的评论区，现在是因为需要删除其中一个，但是对应的 Issue 只有一个，就打算手动删除一个模板，然后通过 Issue 更新剩下那个。

按照你的意思是哪怕有两个模板，只要更新其中一个，另一个多余的也会自动删除吗
