Tests are failing because of ci-helpers issues. This is a simple non-code change so I'm going to just merge it rather than waiting for the tests to rerun. |

This autumn Eumetsat will start distributing MERSI2 level 1b via eumetcast from selected EARS stations. The data will use this file name format.
