Support FY-4A hdf data

I checked the supported list and couldn't find FengYun-4.

Is it possible to add the FengYun-4 part?

Here's the description of FengYun-4 data variables.

Since FengYun-4 data are open, I can't understand why they don't publish User Guide (English version) ....

@zxdawn It is of course possible to add a reader for FY4 data! I don't really have the time to do this myself, but if you could help us, it would be great :) Also I can't read chinese :(
