I support this.
Adam is a core dev specialising in documentation and also a Sphinx maintainer. He's been helping out a lot with broken and slow builds at https://github.com/python/docsbuild-scripts, such as python/docsbuild-scripts#169 (comment) which reduced build time by about a third!
We also have a low bus factor: only release managers and admins have access to the server and Sphinx build logs. Adding Adam will help us to improve our docs builds.

A
