Dockerfile builds older version of goeap_proxy. #6

Docker builds goeap_proxy 0.2.0, but default init.d/goeap_proxy uses positional arguments instead of -ifwan/-ifrouter after #5. This commit will work if the latest version of goeap_proxy is built instead.
