Add category names to changelog

Towncrier config defines various categories, like "breaking" or "doc". But they are not rendered at https://setuptools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/history.html making it hard to distinguish between changes releases make.

I think they should be added to make it easier to see how some changes affect the users.
