display the footer on one line (when possible)? #625

when the documentation is displayed on wide screen the footer take a lot of height due to its "block" display.

What would you think if the footer was displayed as a 1 liner when possible ?

It's a css custom that I use in one of my doc and it would be super easy to integrate:
