Add automated installation docs (#738)

This PR automates docsgen for this provider's installation doc.

Part of pulumi/home#3598.

~Currently blocked on changes in
pulumi/pulumi-terraform-bridge#2579 UPDATE:
Ready for review; rebased to new bridge version
