This looks great to me. 🎉 Keeping the text colored along with the underline will for sure make it more prominent to the user and will not appear as just any another text to the user. Also the placement of research notes and questions above the most common tags makes them look like of much importance.

Continuing with #6001 (comment).
This PR tried to make links more prominent. And I have added Notes and Questions above the most common cards. As User might not be able to find their notes/questions in recent tags or topic cards.
