Version 2.3.0

Operating system type + version

Ubuntu Linux 20.04

3D printer brand / version + firmware version (if known)

Ender 3 Pro 3 / Creality v 4.2.7 Mobo / Merlin 2.0.7.2

Behavior

When using Default Values for Speed, Using a first layer percentage does not apply.
Included screenshots of two settings that are identical, except for the first layer speed parameter, and the associated speed view from PrusaSlicer.

First layer speed percentage is ignored if autospeed is enabled, it currently only works with actual speed values.

It seems we inherited this from upstream Slic3r slic3r/Slic3r#2945.

It was later fixed by this commit slic3r/Slic3r@4e586b8.

Thanks @rtyr for investigation.
I have merged the upstream fix to PrusaSlicer with c506c15.
