Description of the bug

"Rename preset" does not support Cyrillic.
If you rename a filament using the "Rename preset" button with Cyrillic letters, as a result, these letters are replaced with unreadable characters in the list of filaments.
At the same time, if you save the name of the filament by clicking the "Save preset" button, Cyrillic letters are displayed in the list of filaments as expected.
