Changed the default "sane" extrusion width parameters to
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
1x nozzle_dmr for support and top infill,
and 1.125x nozzle_dmr for the rest.
This corresponds roughly to the default values tuned for the Prusa MK2
for normal prints.
