I rebased the PR so it works with the latest repo structure. I'd like to go ahead and accept this PR as-is so you get the credit for the deletions. We can leave the readme rework and changes to the test folder for a later PR. All files are still in git so we can always go back and see how everything was in the before times. |

I added a small readme update to help reflect the current structure of the repo. |

Summary
With the retrospective on Orpheus, we want to clean up the way this repo is structured to try and get rid of unused or soon to be deprecated stuff!
