SPARQL-DL 2.0.0

This is an initial release of a new version of the SPARQL-DL API.

There are some changes from the original API release. In particular

• building with Maven is now supported
• OWLLiteral is used natively
• Language tags are now supported
• Domain and range queries are now supported
• Fixed a bug in evaluating :C rdfs:subClassOf ?x triple patterns
