在调用rpc获取node时，如果node连不上，将其暂时视为unavailable。

虽然感觉还是不能一眼让 sre 看出是什么节点连不上, 但是也想不到什么好办法了...

返回的 Info 字段是不是会包括 err?

是的，但是默认eru-cli pod nodes是不会输出info字段，要用eru-cli --output json pod nodes才能看见
