Turn on auto-resubscribe for Darwin wildcard subscriptions.

We weren't doing it before, but should do it.

Problem

Darwin wildcard subscription was not doing auto-resubscribe.

Change overview

Enable it, with a way to disable if the consumer wishes.

Testing

1. Established subscription from iOS CHIPTool to m5stack.
2. Wrapped phone in tinfoil, waited for subscription to time out.
3. Unwrapped tinfoil, saw the subscription get re-established.
