Exit shell in case of Ctrl-D input with empty line

Problem

The shell application does not recognize Ctrl+D keyboard sequence which is very common with other CLI applications like Bash or Python shell.

Change overview

This commit adds a default EOT handler to the shell main loop. With that, the shell app can be exited with Ctrl+D keyboard sequence.

Testing

Manually tested on Linux platform with chip-shell application.
