Problem

  • Platform QPG did not implement yet the functions to get memory usage statistics, necessary for Software Diagnostics

Change overview

  • This PR adds the necessary function implementation, along with new version of QPG SDK repo with supporting API

Testing

  • It was manually tested, connecting to chip-device-ctrl, running zclread for SoftwareDiagnostics cluster and comparing result to be within expected margins.
